3. Order Confirmation

All orders placed through the website are subject to confirmation. SK Bella reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any suspicious activity.

4. Pricing

All prices mentioned on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service operations.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, SK Bella does not offer returns or exchanges on artificial jewelry once the product has been delivered.

Replacement requests are only accepted in the following cases:

• The customer receives a damaged item
• The customer receives a wrong item

7. Claim Procedure

In order to process a replacement request, the customer must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened and the issue with the product.

Once the issue is verified, SK Bella will arrange a replacement for the same item.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. SK Bella will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

9. Privacy

All customer information provided on the website is kept confidential and is only used for order processing and customer support.
